Our Sales / Business Development & Marketing position provides you an opportunity to work with companies who are passionate towards Environment and Climate Change.
We are looking for:
We are looking candidates strictly from the "Sustainability Business Development domain". The candidate must be smart, ambitious and dynamic sustainability professional with a strong passion to make a real difference in the fight against climate change, with below mentioned expertise and skills:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Actively look for new and upcoming sustainability trends
- Works hand in hand with our clients to suggest how to deal with their sustainability challenges through offset their carbon emissions or by engaging in a comprehensive sustainability journey
- Build strong long-term relationships with new clients as well as build company's market position nationally as well as internationally
- Develop compelling proposals and presentations
- Understand client’s needs, develop tailored solutions, lead negotiations and conclude agreements
- Lead and manage a dedicated team
- Create relationships with booked clients to generate incremental business through referrals
Qualification, Experience and Required Expertise :
- At least 5+ years of experience in sustainability domain (renewable energy or carbon markets), corporate responsibility, sustainable development and/or climate change
- University degree in Sustainability
- Excellent business development experience with a track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Sound understanding of the terminologies revolving around sustainability like SBT, RE100, carbon neutrality, net zero etc.
