2015

First trade

We close our first carbon credit transaction under VCS, out of a 10×10 office in Indore.

2016

International reach and a UN first

We join the UNFCCC Climate Neutral initiative as the first Indian company to sign on.
A flare gas recovery project in Kuwait becomes our first outside India, turning waste gas into verified reductions.

2017

Sri Lanka's first Gold Standard hydro project

We register the country's first hydropower project under Gold Standard, bringing the certification to its energy sector.

2018

Two formal accreditations in one year

We're approved as an official verifier for the global Airport Carbon Accreditation programme, adding aviation to our scope.
We become a government-authorized emission trader through NHPC, our first formal national market access.

2019

Green Future Leadership Award

We receive the Green Future Leadership Award in Madhya Pradesh.

2020

Beyond consulting and trading

We move into land-based development, the first step toward owning the projects behind the credits.
We join the International Emissions Trading Association, the body that shapes global carbon trading policy.

2021

Community impact and client recognition

Ten thousand improved cookstoves reach rural households, each cutting indoor smoke and fuel use while generating verified credits.
We're recognized with the Customer Centric Excellence Award for service delivery and long-term client engagement.

2022

A first plantation, and market recognition

We initiate our first self-funded 1,000-acre agroforestry plantation.
We're recognized with the Leading Emerging Entrepreneur Award for our growth in sustainability services.

2023

Closer to the buyers, and two world firsts

We open a permanent entity in Dubai, closer to Middle Eastern and European trading partners.
We register the world's first and India's first large-scale solar projects under the Global Carbon Council.
FIFA selects us to supply 150,000 GCC credits for its carbon management programme.

2024

Nature-based development, verified and issuing

We issue our first international nature-based credits for a project in Laos.
We move our NbS investments into the VERRA registry, turning balance-sheet bets into verified supply.
We complete 600 hectares of Gold Standard bamboo plantation in Assam.
We plant 50 hectares of mangroves at Karungali in Tamil Nadu, built to scale to 1,000.

2025

New instruments and our largest registration yet

We close our first Renewable Energy Certificate trade for Rama Phosphates Limited, adding an instrument alongside carbon credits and IRECs.
We register three NTPC solar plants at 1.17 million tCO2e a year, our largest GCC registration to date.
We qualify as an EcoVadis Training Partner, preparing organizations and their supply chains for higher sustainability ratings.
We issue credits for India's first VERRA-registered horticulture project, 502 hectares of farmland restored under farmer ownership.

2026

Land-based development at national scale

We complete a 12,000-hectare VERRA registration with Greenply, 7.8 million trees and income for over 500 smallholder farmers.
We register 4,000 hectares across three states as both project proponent and carbon consultant on one engagement.
We register 793 hectares of community forest across four states, eleven species maintained by the people who live there.
We bring smallholder farmers into the market through one grouped registration, 1,950 of a planned 10,000 hectares planted.
We center a 415-hectare Maharashtra project on a Nashik mango plantation whose trees pay families in both credits and harvest.
