Compliant reports built from your messy ESG data

Every data point reconciled to source, every disclosure requirement covered, and ready to file before the deadline.

Everything BRSR and GRI ask of you, in one place

Sourced, assured, filed on time: we take your BRSR and GRI obligation from raw figures to a filing that clears scrutiny.

Built on validated data

We validate every figure against a verified source and gather it through the year, so your filing is ready long before the deadline.

Curated for your sector

We assess what matters for your industry, so your disclosure reflects the exposures you actually carry.

Framework-ready from day one

We collect data against BRSR and GRI requirements from the start and stay through the audit, so your reports don't need reworking or a scramble on later queries.

Ready for board and disclosure

We take the report through leadership review and submission-ready formatting, so what you file is approved and public-ready as it stands.

ESG data scattered across departments

Companies keep the numbers a disclosure needs in different functions, different formats, different hands, and lose weeks pulling them together at the deadline. We set up structured collection across your teams, so every figure you file arrives sourced and ready.

Frameworks misread on the first pass

BRSR's nine principles and GRI's material topics trip up most filers, and a wrong call leaves gaps auditors catch or claims the evidence won't support. We map each disclosure to its principle from the start, so nothing you report is missed and nothing is overstated.

The report filed, the relationship closed

The market treats reporting as a transaction: the report goes in, the engagement closes, and the auditor's follow-up questions go back to you. We carry the cycle end to end and stay through the audit, so your filing is clear long after it's submitted.

Scoping

We start with a scoping call to understand your reporting obligations and prior disclosures, so the cycle is built on what you actually have to file and what you've filed before.

02
Materiality and stakeholders

We run a materiality assessment and map your stakeholders, so the report covers the topics that carry real weight for your business and the people it answers to.

03
Data collection

We work with your internal functions to gather the quantitative and qualitative data, so every disclosure is backed by evidence from across the business, not one team's estimate.

04
Drafting

We draft the report against BRSR's principles and GRI's material topics, so nothing required is missed and nothing is overstated.

05
Review

We take the draft through review cycles with your leadership, so the report is board-approved before it goes anywhere near public disclosure.

06
Design and submission

We handle final design and submission-ready formatting, so what you file is ready for board approval and public disclosure as it stands.

Straight answers on BRSR filing and BRSR Core

Start with the questions companies ask most about data, deadlines, and assurance, then bring us your own reporting questions.

Is BRSR reporting mandatory for us?

BRSR reporting is mandatory for companies in scope under SEBI's rules, which cover the top listed companies by market capitalization. Companies outside that scope are not directly required to file, but buyers and investors may still ask for the same disclosures. Scope and thresholds are updated periodically, so we begin with an applicability check against the latest SEBI circular.

What is the difference between BRSR and GRI, and do we need both?

BRSR is India's mandatory format for SEBI-listed companies, built around nine principles and standardized metrics. GRI is a voluntary global standard for sustainability reporting that covers the topics most material to your business and its stakeholders. You need BRSR if you are in scope, and GRI if investors, buyers, or global partners expect it. Many companies collect the data once and report under both.

When should we start to meet the filing deadline?

Start as early as you can, because the data behind a sustainability report is collected through the year, not at the deadline. Scoping and materiality come first, then data collection, drafting, and leadership review. A first-time filer needs more lead time than a repeat filer, since the data systems have to be set up before the numbers can be gathered. A BRSR is filed alongside the annual report, so we plan backward from that date.

What do you need from us to prepare the report?

We need your reporting obligations, your prior disclosures, and access to the internal functions that hold the data. We also need time with your leadership for review cycles. From there we gather the figures, validate each one against its source, and draft the report, so your teams are not left writing it.

What happens after the report is filed?

We stay on after submission. We handle the auditor's follow-up questions, track each year's disclosure against the last, and hold check-ins between formal cycles for questions that come up mid-year. We can also train your team to run future cycles in-house, so the reporting gets easier every year.

Can you prepare and assure the same report, or does assurance need to be independent?

Assurance has to be independent of whoever prepared the report, so the same engagement cannot do both. We prepare the report and review the evidence behind it for gaps. The assurance statement is a separate engagement, carried out independently under standards such as ISAE 3000.

Which frameworks beyond BRSR and GRI do you report under?

Alongside BRSR and GRI, we report under CDP, EcoVadis, TCFD, and SASB, and we build the GHG inventory that feeds them. Each ESG reporting framework asks for a different format of the same underlying data, so we collect it once and map it to every disclosure you owe.
