From supplier data to a compliance roadmap
Follow the work from requirement review to a prioritized roadmap.
01 The challenge
BIFMA requirements reach deep into the supply chain. The manufacturer needed to see where its suppliers stood from Tier 1 to Tier 4, and what evidence each one could provide.

02 The approach
We reviewed the BIFMA requirements, then assessed suppliers across Tier 1 to Tier 4. We checked the environmental, social, and product data, identified compliance and data gaps, and built a prioritized roadmap.
03 Delivery
The manufacturer ended with a clear view of its supply chain and a roadmap of prioritized actions. We also guided suppliers on data collection, evidence, and documentation, and pointed to ways to strengthen sustainability practices.
